What to expect from this course:

  • First, we'll deconstruct the old food rules and diet culture we're subjected to almost daily, and introduce a new, faith-based mindset that can bring us to a place of true healing and food freedom.

  • We'll then talk about what that looks like in our everyday food choices, including a look at WHAT, HOW, and WHEN we eat. The goal is to align our daily habits with God's established principles of health.

  • As part of the core curriculum (which includes 18 lessons & 4.5 hours of video content!), you'll find a PowerPoint on how to balance your blood sugar and calm sugar addiction, and also several bonus videos and downloads on all kinds of issues that come up as we're navigating the difficulties of a lifestyle change. This includes healing sugar addiction, help for binge eating, and how to find your personal "why".

  • Through this course, you'll not only be equipped with a new Christ-centered mindset around food, but clear action steps you can take to begin fueling your body the way the Lord intended. **Please note: this course is also included in my Mind & Body Reset!
