FAITH-BASED EATING 101
Unlearning Diet Culture & Fueling Our Bodies the Way God Intended
First, we'll deconstruct the old food rules and diet culture we're subjected to almost daily, and introduce a new, faith-based mindset that can bring us to a place of true healing and food freedom.
We'll then talk about what that looks like in our everyday food choices, including a look at WHAT, HOW, and WHEN we eat. The goal is to align our daily habits with God's established principles of health.
In addition to the core curriculum, I've added a PowerPoint on how to balance your blood sugar and calm sugar addiction, as well as several bonus videos and downloads on all kinds of issues that come up as we're navigating the difficulties of a lifestyle change.
Through this course, you'll not only be equipped with a new Christ-centered mindset around food, but clear action steps you can take to begin fueling your body the way the Lord intended.
